Here's a few seconds from the ferry taking me from Hong Kong to Kowloon.

Gordon Ramsay's the man! I've been to his Royal Hospital Road and Petrus, and they were to die for! I hope to hit several of his other joints the next time I'm in London. And so, when I remembered that he had places in Hong Kong, and when I realized one of those places was a stone's throw away from my hotel, well, that made my decision to eat there all the more easy, right? I wonder if he knows that London House "rocks" live music. I like the al fresco layout facing the harbor with a perfect view of the HK skyline. The loud, live band just made it feel...karaoke-like. They were fine musicians, though....
While waiting to go to dinner tonight, I walked by the harbor on the HK side and took these videos of the Kowloon skyline and the ferries going to and fro. It was another nice day out, luckily.

Here's a couple of videos from brunch this morning at Din Tai Fung. It was neat seeing the prep cooks hard at work.

Here's a video from the observation deck of Taipei 101, which according to one of the video displays up there, says it's the 8th tallest skyscraper in the world. It was a very cloudy day, unfortunately.
This video is from the Keelung Night Market. That oyster omelette was dynamite! I don't know what I would've preferred, having it really crowded on a Friday night, or have it pretty empty due to rain.

Here are three videos from New Year's Eve, one long, two short.
These are from earlier on New Year's Eve from the Raoue Night Market. I love seeing the care, precision and hard work put into the creation of these steamed pork buns.
The first four were taken from atop the old City Hall which is now the National Gallery. The last two are from the SkyBar at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Casino.

A couple of videos from the Geylang Serai Market that specialized in Indian cuisine; the butchery and produce stands downstairs were pretty incredible.
This is from Tokyo Station where there's a row of restaurants beneath street level; this one with its vending machine for taking food orders had a particularly long line for lunchtime on a Sunday. I went to a soba joint on the main level.

Here's a few seconds from a busy intersection in the high-end shopping area of Ginza, the district just north of Tsukiji Fish Market, the largest in the world. This shot is just of one of the streets selling food, both ready-to-eat or for cooking at home.
