Rib dumplings:
After walking around the area near my hotel, I tried this local joint across the street from my hotel. I gave their rib dumplings a try...kind of a mistake, and my main was an order of bulgogi, a well-marinated, thinly-sliced ribeye.
I guess these dumplings used beef. I don't know, the dish cost very little and they serve eight in an order: you get what you pay for.
The bulgogi was pretty good, but nothing beats grilling it at your table and eating it while it's still sizzling.
