I had an early lunch at Beijing International. Little did I know we'd be delayed four hours before taking off for Shanghai. The place wasn't out of this world, but it was very good for airport food; while I'm still having a hard time treating these joints as viable options, every airport I've been to on this trip is showing me they can be!
Tai Hing Express
This roast pork dish was really delicious; it was marinated nicely and very tender. Even the white beans served with the pork were good. And as usual, the cucumber and black fungus added nice texture to the dish. The citrus honey iced tea I ordered washed down everything very nicely.
