I don't know the name of this place as there was no sign in English.  I placed my order via a vending machine: hot soba noodle soup with broiled eel and a side of bamboo shoots.  It was quite excellent, the eel perfectly marinated with the soy sauce caramelized.  The broth was light, the seaweed made things briny, and the scallion added brightness.  The pickled bamboo shoots gave perfect crunch.  Definitely worth four Licks!
