With most eating establishments in Macau being bakeries, I couldn't really find a good option for me to have an early dinner.  So, I headed back to the ferry terminal just to see if I could eat at one of the joints they have upstairs.  Luckily, I found a good spot for some dumplings, steamed buns and pan-fried noodles.

The dumplings were fried and filled with pork, really delicious.  Again, unlike what I had in Korea and much of Japan, Chinese dumplings just seem to have way fewer fillers.

The steamed buns were a mix of shrimp and pork, less of the former and more of the latter.  Thankfully, they weren't heavy or filling, and just a dab of soy sauce and hot oil brought these things to life.

The pan-fried noodles were really excellent, good crunch on the outer portions that didn't have any sauce.  The thin slices of pork and the sauce thrown onto the noodles were delicious.
